PetForward bridges the gap between your family veterinarian and a full emergency hospital. Their team of experienced veterinarians provides walk-in care for illness and injury—without the long waits or extreme costs of most ER facilities.

PetForward Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All visit records are sent directly back to our hospital to keep your pet's medical history complete and continuous.

When every second counts, our Indian Trail Animal Hospital and PetForward Urgent Care teams are here to help you and your pet overcome whatever medical crisis is taking place. Our emergency animal hospital provides immediate care for your pet without the need for an appointment or any advance notice whatsoever.

When possible, please call us at 704-821-7040 (Indian Trail) or 704-325-2922 (PetForward) before you come or when you are on your way, so that we can prepare for your arrival. However, we do not want to add to the time it takes to get your pet the emergency vet care services they need. Financial Concerns

We know that having a pet with emergency medical needs can be stressful. In addition to providing all the care needed, we will also work with your budget. While urgent care and emergency examination fees are a bit more than our typical examination fee, they are much less than most emergency / specialty practices and our other service prices are no higher for urgent or emergency care. We accept all major credit cards and have payment plans available through CareCredit.
