Meetings are an important part of ITAH continuing education and help us provide the best and most consistent service possible. Upcoming staff meetings are posted on our team board months ahead and it is very important that you get these on your calendar in advance. Most commonly, they are every 3 weeks on rotating Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Occasionally, additional meetings will be added pending hospital needs. Attendance is mandatory for all team meetings. Please clock in (not more than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting as noted above).
You may be excused for up to 2 meetings per calendar year with a valid reason presented to your direct supervisor prior to the meeting (students that are physically in class during meeting times are exempted from this rule). After 2 misses in a calendar year, a deduction of a flat fee of $15 will be processed from the next administratively possible paycheck.
If you are unable to attend in person due to sickness, childcare needs, or similar, your direct supervisor can often arrange a call-in or web-based attendance to the meeting and you will not be counted as absent for these meetings. Web-based or call-in attendance will be paid a flat pay of $15 up to twice per year.
Any employee that is unable to attend a meeting will be expected to read the meeting notes and view meeting video where applicable.
